If your design isn’t print-ready, no worries! We offer artwork services for an additional cost. It's best to contact us and place your order manually via email. 

While our banners are made for outdoor use and built to withstand the elements, proper care is key.

Be sure to securely fasten your banner to avoid any flapping in strong winds— they're strong stuff, but a loose banner can act like a sail and will likely end up tearing.

If you do need to store it, gently roll it up. Don't fold, or you'll see the fold lines next time you use it.

Unfortunately, as these are made to order they are non-returnable. 

Artwork:

Your item will be printed exactly as per your artwork. It is your responsibility to make sure it adheres to the guidelines (see here for more info) and by sending it you accept the end result is as per your artwork. GKs Graphics holds no responsibility for incorrectly sized or bad quality print. Reprints are chargeable.
