I get that this might seem different from traditional wrapping, but there are some big advantages to doing it this way and I'm a huge advocate:
✔ Less downtime – A modular wrap can typically be done in a day, whereas a full wrap can take multiple days. That means you’re back on the road faster with less disruption to your business.
✔ No vehicle parts removed – Nothing needs to be stripped off, so no weakened trim clips and no risk of voiding lease agreements by tinkering with anything.
✔ No scalpel to your paintwork – Full wraps often mean cutting along door seams and gaps, which carries a (small) risk of damaging the paint. Modular wraps avoid that entirely.
✔ Better durability – Because there’s no vinyl stretched around sharp edges or door gaps, there’s less chance of peeling or lifting over time - especially if you’re using a jet wash regularly... which I'm looking at you! Busy business people!
✔ Easier (and cheaper) to fix – If a section gets damaged, you’re only replacing that part, not redoing an entire panel or the whole van.
This method still gives full coverage, just done in a way that’s safer, longer-lasting, and easier to maintain.
